On the 26th of January, 1996, we served our first bowl of pho.
Our family recipe was born from a longing for the rich flavours of our childhood in the hustling side streets and markets of Saigon, where the aroma of ginger, lemongrass, star anise and cinnamon filled the air. Everyone has their own version, their secret recipe, their key ingredient. But for over 20 years, we have served the most loyal and passionate community, and our reputation for the finest beef noodle soup has never wavered. We are a family-run business who source the freshest ingredients ourselves and prepare them in our home to serve to you. We cook with love and nostalgia, and are so proud to continue sharing our history through traditional Vietnamese dishes.
